Refund policy

We refund any payment within 30 days, no questions asked. Here's how it works and how to request one.

We refund any subscription payment within 30 days of the charge. No questions asked, no forms, no haggling.

What's eligible

  • Pro monthly — we refund the most recent month's payment.
  • Pro annual — we refund the unused portion, pro-rated to the day.
  • Team subscriptions — same rules; refunds go to the billing email on file.

We can't refund payments older than 30 days. We also can't refund partial usage of the current monthly cycle if you've used more than 50% of your slash-command quota for the month — but in practice we usually do anyway. Just ask.

How to request a refund

Email support@ritsu.ai with:

  1. The email address on your Ritsu account
  2. The payment date (any rough estimate is fine)
  3. One sentence on whether you want to also cancel, or just want the refund

We reply within 24 hours and process the refund the same day.

When the money arrives

  • Stripe-direct (most cards) — 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • PayPal — 1–3 business days.
  • Bank transfer (rare) — 7–14 business days.

The refund goes to the original payment method automatically. We can't redirect it elsewhere — that's a Stripe limitation, not ours.

What if I keep getting charged after a refund?

This sometimes happens if you only got a refund but didn't cancel. Refunds and cancellation are separate actions:

  • A refund returns money for a past payment.
  • A cancellation stops future payments.

If you want both, mention it in the email and we'll handle both at once. If you're seeing unexpected ongoing charges, see Cancel subscription and reach out to support@ritsu.ai with the latest charge date.

Disputes and chargebacks

If you've already filed a chargeback with your card issuer, please email us before continuing — we can usually resolve it faster directly. Chargebacks lock the account while they're investigated and add weeks to any resolution.

Free trial

The 7-day Pro trial doesn't generate a charge, so there's nothing to refund there. If you accidentally got charged at trial-end and don't want the subscription, this policy applies — email us and we'll refund the first cycle.
