How to cancel your Ritsu subscription
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your access continues to the end of the current cycle. Here's the exact path.

You can cancel your Ritsu subscription anytime from your account settings. No support ticket, no email, no phone call.
Cancel from your dashboard
- Go to Settings → Billing. You can also use the direct URL:
https://ritsu.ai/settings/billing. - Find the Current plan card. Click Manage subscription.
- On the Stripe billing portal that opens, click Cancel plan.
- Confirm. You'll see a green banner: "Your subscription will end on [date]".
That's it. You don't need to do anything else.
What happens after you cancel
- Until the end of the current cycle — you keep full access to Pro features. If you cancel on day 4 of a monthly subscription, you keep Pro through day 30.
- At the end of the cycle — your account converts to Free automatically. You stop being billed.
- Your data stays — saved decks, quiz history, and learning progress are not deleted. You just hit the Free plan's monthly quotas going forward.
Cancelling a Team subscription
Team admins can cancel from the same Settings → Billing page. The same rules apply — the team stays on Pro through the end of the current cycle, then everyone converts to Free.
If you only want to remove a single seat, do that from Settings → Team instead. The seat is removed at the next billing cycle, and you're not charged for it.
Re-subscribing later
If you cancel and want to come back, just go back to Settings → Billing and click Upgrade. You'll be charged starting that day; nothing is back-dated.
If you re-subscribe within 30 days of cancelling, your saved learning context (decks, history, preferences) is exactly as you left it.
Refund eligibility
Cancelling alone doesn't trigger a refund — you keep using the service through the end of the cycle. If you'd also like a refund for the unused portion of a recent payment, see Refund policy.
Trouble cancelling?
If the Manage subscription button is missing or you see an error, contact us at support@ritsu.ai. Include your account email and a screenshot — we'll cancel manually and reply within 24 hours.
